Terrorist Email?

So I just got this message from the FRG saying "Be Alert" followed by an email I guess sent by Terrorists to the German's or American's in Germany? Not sure, just emailed the FRG to ask about it. The email is freaky though:

The below message was received by the Bavarian News Office. It warns thepublic of a possible upcoming attack in Germany. Please make sure allsoldiers and Family Members are made aware of the threat and to stayvigilant.
